By using our application, SmartStickies, no data will be saved, collected and disclosed by SMARTSTICKIES PTE LTD. By using our application, you give SmartStickies permission to send it over a network, index it for searching and displaying on the application with your data so that we will be able to activate your stickies. All data saved in SmartStickies will only be stored in your personal local device and not on any cloud server from SMARTSTICKIES PTE LTD.

SmartStickies comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

4.Security 

Securing your personal data is a priority for us, so we have implemented appropriate safety measures to protect your information and your data will not be collected by SMARTSTICKIES PTE LTD. However, do note that transmission of information over the internet or electronic storage is not completely secure and reliable. Hence, SMARTSTICKIES PTE LTD is not able to guarantee its absolute security.
